It’s been seemingly decades since I’ve done anything with this website. Sorry ’bout that! I’ve been slowly picking at a complete overhaul for, like, a year now and I’ve finally gotten around to finishing it. Does this mean that more songs will be posted? Maybe. We’ll see.

Here’s an original song I’ve contributed to the soundtrack of Passenger Pigeons, the feature film debut from writer/director Martha Stephens. Some of my other songs are featured on the film’s soundtrack as well.

Passenger Pigeons will be debuting at the 2010 SXSW Film Festival in Austin, TX this March. If you happen to be going to SXSW this year, definitely check out the movie. It’s really good.

From their Web site: “A starkly poignant unveiling of events after a local miner’s death forces family, strangers, and company officials to deal with loss and an ambiguous future in the dark hills of Appalachia.” You can check out the trailer on the movie’s official site.
